vPad-IV is an advanced infusion device analyser built around a unique modular, slide-and-click system that can be configured to run 1 to 6 independent test channels. Organisations can start with a single channel and expand capacity over time, with simultaneous testing available across all active channels to increase throughput.

The analyser conforms to all IEC 60601-2-24 test requirements for infusion pumps and pump controllers, supporting flow and volume testing, dual-rate (KVO/Piggyback) testing, PCA pump testing with a built-in trigger, occlusion pressure testing, and channel-linking for multi-channel devices. A large 10-inch touchscreen offers Test View, Graph View, and All-Channel View, alongside on-tablet trumpet curve and statistical analysis.

A built-in Autosequence Editor allows engineering teams to build and reuse consistent test sequences, improving efficiency and standardising testing across users and sites.
