vPad-A1 is Datrend's modular all-in-one patient simulation system, built on the Vision-Pad platform. It combines a Multi-Parameter Patient Simulator (vPad-PS), an SpO2 test module (vPad-O2), and a Non-Invasive Blood Pressure simulation module (vPad-BP), which can be used together or independently in various combinations from a single Android handheld or vPad tablet interface.
The system provides full 12-lead ECG simulation with independent lead outputs, over 60 arrhythmia selections, 2-channel invasive blood pressure simulation, temperature and respiration simulation, and pacer simulation. User-customisable SpO2 R-curves and NIBP envelopes are a first for the industry, giving engineers precise control when testing against specific manufacturer requirements.
With auto sequences, test report creation, and field-upgradeable modules, vPad-A1 gives biomedical teams a single, flexible platform for verifying patient monitoring equipment across a wide range of parameters.
